The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel's employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Courtyard Elkhart hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive hospitality management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction across all departments. The Hotel General Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, managing budgets, and fostering a positive work environment that aligns with our brand's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications
Previous Hotel Management experience required.
Experience managing all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
Extensive knowledge of revenue management, budgeting, human resources, and guest services operations.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
Familiarity with hotel management software systems, front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems.
Exceptional communication skills including phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
