Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE
The program runs many campaigns at once across a broad asset mix — static ads, display and resize banners, email, landing pages, and motion storyboards — for a technical audience of engineers, IT decision-makers, and enterprise buyers, against client brand guidelines at a premium, brand-safe bar.
You'll be a senior, hands-on design craftsperson: setting the design standard, helping build the templates and design systems the team uses, and serving as the go-to resource that elevates the work while mentoring designers and reviewing output. You'll work within the design team led by the Art Director, alongside the motion and editing leads.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Set the design standard. Produce best-in-class static ads, display/resize banners, email, landing pages, and motion storyboards that define the quality bar.
  • Help build design systems. Establish reusable templates, components, and naming conventions that keep a high-volume operation consistent and fast.
  • Elevate and mentor. Be the senior resource the team turns to — reviewing, refining, and leveling up designers' craft.
  • Develop visual direction. Create storyboards and visual frameworks for motion/video, partnering with motion designers and editors.
  • Hold brand consistency at volume. Keep output aligned to client brand guidelines while staying fresh and platform-appropriate.
  • Use smart tooling. Work with AI-assisted and templated workflows, with judgment on when AI fits versus when brand-locked precision needs traditional craft.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 5+ years in digital advertising design, with a portfolio showing high-end taste across static, display, and storyboard/motion.
  • Deep Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills with production-ready output.
  • Experience building design systems, templates, and processes at volume.
  • Able to translate brand guidelines into elevated, tailored work.
  • Comfortable mentoring and helping build a workflow that's still taking shape.
  • Strong communication and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
  • Email design/build in Marketo (or a similar ESP) highly preferred.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Enterprise or B2B technology brands and technical/brand-safe creative.
  • HTML5 display banner build/adaptation (e.g., Google Web Designer or Celtra) — highly preferred.
  • Motion design / animation (After Effects).
  • UI or app-based brands.
