Build productive relationships with a global IT team, including BSAs, developers & DBAs
Support the evaluation, design and architecture of the Sales and Legal Technology Stack
Understand the full Sales cycle, and design solutions that interface and Partner applications (e.g. Salesforce Communities
Requirements
6 or more years experience in a Business Systems Analyst role supporting business units globally.
marketing automation (preferably Marketo), analytics, audience orchestration and other marketing platforms used for frictionless account and contact-based marketing.
Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutions
BSA with experience in data analysis and design, marketo, demand tools..etc, marketing cloud..marketing process, etc
Deep understanding of Lead, Opportunity, Account Management, Partner
Good understanding of related business processes like contract management, quoting, and the order/fulfilment cycle in order to support impact analysis and design for proposed solutions
