We are hiring a full-time Marketing Operations Specialist to manage the marketing technology, data, reporting, and process infrastructure that supports ViClarity's global marketing strategy. This role will help ensure marketing systems, website tracking, lead management processes, and performance dashboards are reliable, integrated, compliant, and actionable from initial engagement through pipeline and revenue reporting.

Location: Seeking candidates remote within the U.S. or hybrid from our Des Moines, Iowa office.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Serve as the administrator for HubSpot, Zoho, and core marketing technology platforms.
  • Evaluate and optimize marketing systems, identifying gaps, integration needs, and opportunities for efficiency.
  • Support website optimization, including SEO structure, tracking, user experience, and lead capture.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for pipeline, campaign performance, attribution, ROI, lifecycle conversion, and executive insights.
  • Build and refine automated workflows for lead scoring, nurturing, routing, and sales handoffs.
  • Manage database quality through segmentation, enrichment, deduplication, and ongoing health monitoring.
  • Support privacy compliance, consent management, tracking standards, and marketing data governance.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, revenue operations, or a similar B2B environment.
  • Experience administering HubSpot or comparable marketing automation platforms; certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of web tracking, attribution, cookies, UTMs, scripts, and forms.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or Tableau, CRM reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Strong process improvement and documentation skills, including workflow documentation, data governance, and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate effectively across Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, IT, vendors, and leadership teams.
