Position Summary / Why This Role Matters

The Senior Manager, Revenue Marketing will help drive revenue growth by building integrated B2B marketing programs that connect strategy to commercial execution. The role is centered on three priorities: demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales enablement. You will partner closely with Commercial teams to translate customer and market insights into targeted campaigns, messaging, content, and tools across the buyer journey. This is an opportunity for a data-driven marketer who is curious about how AI and emerging technologies can improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

What You Will Do
  • Build and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs that create qualified demand across digital, partner, email, events, and paid/organic channels.
  • Lead account-based marketing strategies, including segmentation, target-account selection, personalization, and coordinated campaign execution.
  • Partner with Commercial teams to align go-to-market priorities, campaigns, messaging, and sales enablement efforts.
  • Create targeted messaging frameworks, value propositions, and sales enablement resources aligned to industries, segments, and buyer personas.
  • Use customer, intent, engagement, CRM, and campaign data to improve segmentation, personalization, and marketing performance.
  • Develop targeted content and conversion resources aligned to buyer journey stages, including white papers, eBooks, webinars, customer success stories, and infographics.
  • Connect events to broader demand generation and nurture programs to maximize lead impact and ROI.
  • Analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns, conversion points, and demand generation outcomes.
  • Explore and adopt AI-enabled approaches and emerging technologies that can improve marketing execution and operational efficiency.
What We Are Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Sales Enablement, ABM, or similar B2B multi-channel marketing.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise or mid-market sales teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and other revenue marketing platforms or similar technologies.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills and the ability to align stakeholders around shared business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity and willingness to evaluate and adopt AI-enabled tools and approaches that can improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, less than 10% of the time.

Preferred

  • Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or field services environment.
