We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to step into a critical role focused on end-to-end project management and marketing support for direct go-to-market strategies. This position is central to translating strategic visions into actionable plans and ensuring flawless execution. You will act as a key orchestrator, collaborating across diverse teams to drive timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless coordination for device-focused initiatives. Your work will directly impact how innovative devices are presented to the world, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compelling storytelling.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Operationalize go-to-market plans for evergreen marketing and growth initiatives, including customer upgrade strategies, upsell/attach motions, messaging frameworks, and content calendars.
* Own end-to-end program management across cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring cohesive efforts.
* Drive timelines, identify dependencies, and implement risk mitigation strategies across launches and priority programs.
* Ensure asset readiness, sequencing, and execution alignment across all marketing channels.
* Facilitate alignment among stakeholders, fostering transparency and clear decision-making processes.
* Establish and maintain a strong operating cadence, including regular business reviews, quarterly planning, and launch checkpoints.
* Serve as the central point of coordination and accountability for critical marketing initiatives.
* Review and provide constructive feedback on messaging, creative assets, and campaign deliverables to ensure clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment.
