Role Summary
Lead the planning and delivery of marketing and communications projects that support Associated Bank's business goals across B2B and B2C channels. You'll bring teams together, keep projects on track and within budget, and ensure high-quality work reaches customers and internal audiences. This role offers the opportunity to influence major marketing initiatives while building strong partnerships across the organization.Key Accountabilities
  • Lead marketing projects from initial scope through completion, ensuring goals, timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans covering scope, resources, schedules, risks, dependencies and communication needs.
  • Partner with writers, designers, legal, compliance, purchasing and other stakeholders to move projects forward efficiently.
  • Manage project reviews, approvals, changes and documentation while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Coordinate multiple B2B and B2C initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing work based on business needs and deadlines.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks and develop contingency plans to address challenges before they affect delivery.
  • Evaluate project goals, funding and ROI considerations with management to support effective decision-making.
  • Support marketing program development and proof materials across channels to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of marketing and project management experience, preferably within financial services or a complex organization with multiple lines of business.

Preferred

  • Experience managing integrated marketing and communications programs across B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Experience working with legal, compliance, procurement and other cross-functional teams.
