  • Lead influencer program execution, ensuring campaigns and partnerships are delivered effectively and on brand.
  • Identify and implement AI-powered tools and automation opportunities that improve content planning, workflow efficiency, campaign execution, and performance insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Product, CRM, Retail, Amazon, and Creative teams to ensure launch readiness and consistent customer experiences.
  • Monitor campaign and content performance, develop reporting summaries, and surface actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Lead and develop the Content Creator & Social Media Specialist role, providing direction, coaching, prioritization, and feedback.
  • Facilitate planning and status meetings that drive accountability, visibility, and execution across the organization.

What It Takes

  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing, content operations, campaign management, or related disciplines.

  • Demonstrated success translating strategic priorities into executable plans and measurable results.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and marketing technologies, with the ability to apply them to streamline workflows, enhance planning, and improve execution outcomes at scale.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, ecommerce, product, creative, and agency teams. Prior people leadership or team management experience preferred.

Capabilities
