Marketing CoordinatorCompany OverviewInvincible Boats and Yellowfin Yachts are two of the most respected names in premium offshore fishing. Built in Florida and designed for anglers who demand the best, Invincible's high-performance center consoles and catamarans and Yellowfin's iconic lineup โ€” from 17-foot skiffs to 54-foot quad-engine center console yachts โ€” represent the pinnacle of craftsmanship and performance. Both brands operate under Warbird Marine Holdings, a platform built to invest in category-leading boat builders without compromising their individual DNA.Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports marketing efforts across Invincible Boats and Yellowfin Yachts. This role executes campaigns, manages digital content, coordinates boat shows and events, and supports dealer marketing while maintaining each brandโ€™s identity.

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Support the development and scheduling of content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) for both Invincible and Yellowfin
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns including list management, content drafting, scheduling, and performance reporting
  • Assist in updating website content, product pages, and landing pages in coordination with the digital team
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to community interactions in alignment with each brand's tone
  • Track and report on digital KPIs including traffic, engagement, open rates, and lead generation

Brand & Creative Support

  • Coordinate production of marketing materials including brochures, sell sheets, dealer kits, and digital assets
  • Manage relationships with external vendors including photographers, videographers, and print suppliers
  • Maintain organized asset libraries ensuring up-to-date photography, video, and brand guidelines for both brands
  • Assist in developing content for new model launches, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints

Events & Boat Shows

  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows and consumer boat shows including the Miami International Boat Show, Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, and regional events
  • Manage event materials, booth setup coordination, signage orders, and pre/post event communications
  • Serve as on-site support at select events, representing both brands with professionalism
  • Track post-event leads and coordinate follow-up with the sales team

Dealer & Partner Marketing

  • Support dealer co-op marketing programs, providing approved assets and templates
  • Coordinate dealer communications including product updates, campaign toolkits, and promotional materials
  • Assist in building and maintaining dealer marketing portals and resource hubs

Administrative & Project Management

  • Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines across both brands
  • Track marketing budgets and process invoices in coordination with the finance team
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership reviews


Qualifications

Required

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, or similar)
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo)
  • Strong written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across two brands without losing focus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

Preferred

  • Passion for boating, fishing, and/or the on-the-water lifestyle
  • Knowledge in center console boating, saltwater fishing, and industry basics
  • Experience in the marine, powersports, or outdoor/lifestyle industry
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics
