What You'll Do
  • Plan, promote, and execute boat shows, customer events, on-water experiences, and community activations
  • Support localized marketing campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and sales opportunities
  • Manage social media engagement and maintain brand consistency across assigned channels
  • Coordinate marketing projects and requests while keeping stakeholders informed
  • Assist with event logistics, attendee tracking, promotional materials, and post-event reporting
  • Collaborate with store leadership teams to support location-specific marketing initiatives
  • Track campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Serve as a visible ambassador for The Boat House brand throughout Southwest Florida
What We're Looking For
  • 1โ€“3 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, community engagement, or a related field
