We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our team full-time. In this role, you'll help drive the marketing strategy for a growing, customer-focused organization known for delivering award-winning service and creating exceptional experiences.


Position Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support the success of all company locations. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, this role oversees advertising, digital marketing, public relations, community partnerships, events, and other marketing initiatives while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

We're looking for a creative, organized, and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embodies our company values: putting customers first, treating others with respect, prioritizing safety, taking ownership, continuously improving, and having fun along the way.


Primary Responsibilities
· Coordinate each component of the approved marketing plan on time, on brand and on budget.

· Work with department managers to help them achieve their goals.

· Maintain and segment marketing database of both existing and potential relationships.

· Digital marketing coordination across all digital channels including paid, SEO, social media, email marketing, marketing automation, etc., and maintain website and landing pages.

· Maintain collateral, inventory and distribution processes across the organization

· Support customer survey processes, data capture and use in communications follow-up.

· Coordinate events including open houses, demos, and boat shows.

· Manage approved budget expenditures and include in reporting processes.

· Report on effectiveness of marketing campaigns, programs, and activities and initiatives monthly.

· Ability to engage in some business travel as warranted.

· Other tasks as needed to support overall success of the organization.


Required Qualifications

· Three to five years related marketing experience in a retail industry, particularly in B2C settings.

· Strong project management skills.

· Exceptional writing and communication skills.

· Computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

· Organized, creative and innovative

· Able to research, analyze findings and interpret trends

· Works independently on individual initiatives as well as part of a team

· A quick learner, self-starter and ability to prioritize an ambitious workload

· Ability to thrive in a team environment as a key team member


Education, Licensing & Skills

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing; or comparable work experience.

· Google Ads Certifications

· Google Analytics IQ Certification

· Facebook Business Manager & Instagram Fundamentals

· Google Tag Manager Fundamentals


Work Schedule

· Monday–Friday

· Weekends as needed.
· Flexible scheduling with some required events.
