Job Summary:

Harmann Studios Inc. is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role requires a self-starter with an energetic approach to marketing, capable of taking on new challenges and driving growth through innovative strategies. The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our community, and fostering strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create marketing goals and strategies to attract new contacts and accounts, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives and values.
  • Utilize social media marketing by posting, maintaining a monthly social media calendar, and collaborating with team members on content relevant to our audience. Stay updated with new platforms and trends.
  • Plan and organize community outreach activities to promote sales growth and engagement. This may involve attending and participating in local events such as auctions.
  • Work with local nonprofits for donations and event sponsorships, providing exceptional customer service to clients and Harmann Studios team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive new lead generation through business partnerships, social media advertising, third-party gifting, and targeted displays in businesses frequented by our clients, ultimately promoting sales growth.
  • Create marketing efforts related to social media and websites, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
  • Manage marketing materials, including calls and written communications to potential customers and business partners.
  • Accurately and efficiently record information in databases, Google Docs, and other Company-utilized methods of record keeping.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support the marketing and customer relations team.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM), and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Maintain excellent communication and collaboration with team members.
  • Genuinely interested in each client, making them feel part of the Harmann Studio family.
