Job description

Take Your Career to the Next Level with Weather Tite Windows!

Company Overview: Weather Tite Window is a specialized home improvement company based in Tampa, Florida, providing replacement windows and doors for residential and commercial properties throughout the Tampa Bay area. Since its founding in 2006, the company has focused on providing high-quality, energy-efficient solutions designed to withstand Florida's unique climate.

Weather Tite Windows is a partner in the Mosaic Service Partners community with access to expertise, investment, and resources needed to keep raising the bar for homeowners across our market. As we look to the future, we are seeking a leader to build upon this established legacy and identify new avenues for strategic growth. This role reports to our Market President.

Role Overview:

Weather Tite Windows is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day marketing function as the resident marketing expert. Like any marketing leadership role, success is measured by results and requires developing a thoughtful, data-driven marketing strategy aligned with business priorities. Working closely with the Market Manager, you will develop and execute the annual marketing strategy, build the business case for marketing investments, and continuously optimize performance to drive profitable growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both thinking strategically and rolling up their sleeves to execute—owning the marketing function while partnering across the business to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full marketing budget, including allocation across channels, monthly pacing, and accountability for the return on every dollar spent.
  • Build and execute the annual marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, direct mail, events and home shows, referral and repeat customer programs, and all digital channels.
  • Serve as the voice of the Weather Tite Windows brand, owning messaging, creative direction, brand standards, and market positioning across the Tampa Bay area.
  • Drive lead generation and conversion, tracking cost per lead, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and lead to sale conversion, and reporting results to the President on a weekly and monthly cadence.
  • Manage all third party agencies and vendors, including media, creative, and digital partners, holding each to measurable performance standards.
  • Own all digital channels end to end: website, SEO and local SEO, paid search, paid social, email and SMS, reputation and review management, and Google Local Services Ads.
  • Partner with the leadership team on the transition from MarketSharp into HubSpot, and build the reporting, attribution, and dashboard discipline that follows.
  • Collaborate closely with the President and the sales organization to align lead flow with sales capacity, and with Mosaic HQ marketing on new ideas and best practices.
  • Build and lead the marketing team as the function scales, beginning with the hire of a marketing analyst.
  • Serve as the resident expert on brand, digital marketing, paid media, SEO, and local marketing—using performance metrics, ROAS, and KPIs to optimize investments and recommend channel strategies.
  • Develop marketing processes, document best practices, and share learnings with peers across the Mosaic portfolio to support continuous improvement and future scalability.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and the Contact Center to align demand generation, lead conversion, installation capacity, and customer experience, ensuring marketing investments drive profitable growth.
  • Champion customer experience by strengthening online reputation, review generation, referral programs, and Voice of Customer initiatives that reinforce the brand and generate advocacy.
  • Develop and grow strategic partnerships within the local community to increase brand awareness, referrals, and business development opportunities.
  • Leverage marketing technology, CRM, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making, streamline marketing operations, and optimize campaign performance.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Management, Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated depth across brand, demand generation, digital marketing, and communications. Experience in residential services, home improvement, real estate, retail, or hospitality.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience leading cross-functional initiatives, agency partners, projects, or people preferred.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies while managing budgets, agencies, and marketing performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, and external partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: able to brief an agency, present performance to ownership, and write copy that speaks to a homeowner.
  • A collaborative operator who works shoulder to shoulder with sales and operations, and who brings a forward thinking, growth minded approach.
  • Preferred: business to consumer marketing experience and familiarity with HubSpot or a comparable CRM.

Logistics:

  • Reporting to Max Leef, President
  • On site at our Tampa, Florida office
  • Compensation: $140,000 to $160,000 base salary, plus a 10% annual bonus target

Benefits:

  • Paid time off and a comprehensive holiday calendar
  • 401k with a 4% Safe Harbor company match
