Susquehanna Automotive - Your Hometown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Ford Dealer Group
We are creating a new hands-on role to help us better utilize our data and technology, strengthen our digital marketing efforts, and improve efficiency across the dealership group. This position combines data analysis, technology oversight, and marketing management, to drive better results while helping control marketing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute day-to-day digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, social media advertising, paid search, and content strategies.
  • Analyze data from Service records, sales history, CRM, recall lists, manufacturer sources, State Inspection records, Hunter Alignment Machine data, phone systems, and other platforms to identify opportunities.
  • Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to department managers and leadership.
  • Work closely with Sales, Service, and Parts teams to support targeted marketing campaigns and customer retention programs.
  • Oversee our team member responsible for vehicle photography, video creation, and social media posting.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and channels with a focus on improving ROI and reducing unnecessary third-party vendor spend.
  • Begin exploring and implementing artificial intelligence tools that the marketplace and automotive industry are rapidly developing - including AI-powered content creation, customer targeting, chatbots, predictive analytics, and automation solutions.
  • Support and coordinate customer retention initiatives through data-driven service reminders and loyalty communications.
  • Track campaign performance and regularly present results with clear recommendations for improvement.

What We're Looking For:
  • 3-7 years of experience in analytics, digital marketing, or a related field (automotive or dealership experience is a plus)
  • Strong hands-on skills in campaign management, data analysis, and reporting
  • Experience guiding or overseeing creative work (photography, social media, content)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Interest in emerging AI tools and a willingness to learn and test new technologies
  • Collaborative team player with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience
