This role will combine analytical rigor with business insight to evaluate pricing performance, customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and product trends. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with large datasets, building actionable analyses in Python and/or SQL, and translating findings into clear recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct detailed analyses to supportproduct strategy, pricing decisions, and retention initiatives.

  • Analyze customer behavior, product performance, and market trends to identify growth and retention opportunities.

  • Develop pricing analyses, segmentation models, and performance reporting to improve profitability and competitiveness.

  • Partner with marketing, product, finance, and leadership teams to evaluate offers, campaigns, and retention strategies.

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models usingPython, SQL, and BI tools.

  • Perform deep-dive analyses on churn, customer lifetime value, conversion, pricing elasticity, and campaign ROI.

  • Design and measure tests to assess pricing changes, promotional strategies, and retention programs.

  • Synthesize complex data into clear business recommendations and executive-ready presentations.

  • Support forecasting, scenario modeling, and ongoing performance monitoring across key products and customer segments.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across analyses and reporting.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experiencein analytics, pricing, marketing strategy, revenue management, or a related role.

  • Strong hands-on experience withPython and/or SQLfor detailed data analysis.

  • Experience analyzing large datasets and building models to support business decision-making.

  • Strong understanding of pricing strategy, customer analytics, and retention metrics.

  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Pay Range: $73,900.00 - $98,500.00 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
