Job Summary
The Creative Marketing Design Specialist plays a pivotal role within the Creative team, serving as a key liaison for the sales, activation, events and performance optimization departments. This role is responsible for managing and executing multiple moderately-complex projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and branding standards. With a strong focus on collaboration, the Creative Marketing Design Specialist works seamlessly across departments to deliver innovative and high-quality creative materials.
Essential Functions
  • Designs compelling recap and marketing presentations using tools such as Figma, InDesign, Ceros, Photoshop, and Illustrator for all AEG business units. Collaborates closely with the Sales and Activation teams to understand strategic partnership goals and translate them into visually engaging materials.
  • Determines content needs by gathering, organizing, and presenting information in a clear and concise manner, while ensuring the design aligns with AEG and Global Partnerships (GP) brand standards.
  • Leads and follows best practices in the recap development process, ensuring timely and effective execution of innovative materials that support Global Partnerships' business objectives.
  • Supports brand-building initiatives by developing and maintaining branded templates, graphics, and design elements used across all GP marketing and sales platforms.
  • Partners with the Data Analytics team to brainstorm, design, and deliver custom charts, graphs, and data visualizations that enhance storytelling within recaps, proposals and presentations.
  • Participates in bi-weekly Global Partnerships Creative Team meetings and collaborates with creative teams across AEG's divisions to share and present new design concepts, ensuring alignment with AEG-wide creative standards and sharing best practices.
  • Manages the Global Partnerships asset library-including sales, activation, and internal resources-by regularly updating and organizing assets, maintaining version control, and ensuring accessibility for internal and external use. Provides training and ongoing support to Sales and Activation teams on how to effectively use these materials. Proactively updates collateral to reflect changes in business needs, ensuring that all materials remain current, relevant, and aligned with branding guidelines.

Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related area
  • 2-4 years Related experience
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign & MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Graphic Design: posters, logos, & infographics, Photography, Video Production, & Web Design
  • Experience with gathering and documenting business requirements
  • Proven experience developing sales/marketing collateral, presentations, digital graphics, and branded assets across multiple platforms
  • Experience working within a corporate brand or with brand guidelines, particularly in a fast-paced or client-facing environment
  • Strong proficiency with Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Ceros, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities, problem solve, think strategically, multi-task, pay attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner, while focusing on providing a strong aesthetic that is in sync with AEG and Global Partnerships brand equity
  • Understands the core principles of research, marketing, copywriting, and how they correlate to sales & servicing
  • Passionate about emerging media & trends
  • Design or Marketing certification Preferred

Pay scale: $74,000 - $84,000
Bonus: (If applicable)This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
