Job description

Job Summary
The Graphic Design Coordinator is responsible for designing and producing visual materials such as newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, product packaging, and marketing collateral. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients. In this role you will blend traditional design expertise with modern AI-enhanced workflows. The Graphic Design Coordinator will manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand standards and business objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Design and produce internal and external newsletters, presentations, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Use AI technology and tools to support concept development, mood boards, variations, and rapid prototyping as well as to accelerate ideation, improve efficiency and push creative boundaries.
  • Develop and manage company's Sales & Marketing Design XP images.
  • Provide support for Design XP users alongside the IT/Sales Liaison.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate strategic goals into compelling visual solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and supervisors to evaluate project needs and ensure alignment with branding.
  • Create illustrations, sketches, and layouts based on project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Research and integrate images, photographs, and typography for optimal visual presentation.
  • Determine size, style, and arrangement of design elements in layouts.
  • Create motion graphics or lightweight animations for social and digital campaigns (preferred but not required).
  • Present concepts and final designs to supervisors or clients for approval.
  • Prepare and finalize layouts for printing, digital distribution, or web use.
  • Review and approve print proofs to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain and organize image resource files for efficient workflow.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and corporate identity standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Experience with layout design, typography, and digital content creation.
  • Knowledge of web and print design best practices.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to review design proofs for accuracy.
