Job description

The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to grow and innovate with us in our Portsmouth, NH office (Hybrid/2-3 days a month in office)
Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time/Permanent basis for any employer without restriction. Visa Sponsorships or Transfers of Visa's WILL NOT be provided for this position.
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team who will report to our Global Head of Branding, this role will support senior marketing leadership and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in the U.S. and in India and the UK to support marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing disciplines with an interest in providing a consistent brand voice across all marketing deliverables.

 How you'll contribute:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of brand and communication iniatives
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to keep projects organized, on track, and aligned with business priorities
  • Assist with the creation, editing, proofing, production of presentations, internal communications, thought leadership content, social content, and other brand assets
  • Help maintain editorial calendars, project timelines, content plans, and provide status updates to ensure deliverables are clearly tracked
  • Coordinate surveys, questionnaires, and feedback tools to help measure program effectiveness
  • Assist with planning and execution of internal marketing events, employee communications initiatives, and other brand-related activities
  • Help ensure all marketing materials and communications follow company brand standards, messaging guidelines, and a consistent brand voice
  • Assist with the planning and execution of internal marketing events.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, or partners as needed to support project initiatives
  • Collect, organize, and prepare, performance data, reports, and updates in a clear, accurate format
  • Manage the company swag shop and promotional item inventory, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing and communications team
  • Undertake other projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse responsibilities.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products and MS PowerPoint

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accuracy and consistency.
