Job Description 

Position Overview 
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Part-Time Marketing Associate to help grow our local presence and drive new business. This role focuses on building relationships within the community by reaching out to nearby organizations and promoting our offerings. 
Pay Range: $20-$22/hr (Based on experience)
Hours: Part-time 20 hours/week
 
 
 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Conduct outreach to local medical facilities, schools, restaurants, and other community organizations
  • Introducing our business and promoting services, specials, and catering opportunities
  • Perform a mix of communication methods including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits
  • Represent the brand professionally during on-site visits and community interactions
  • Assist with distributing marketing materials, samples, or promotional information
  • Track outreach efforts and provide basic updates on leads and opportunities
  • Participate in occasional local events – distribute coupons, SWAG, interact with customers.

Work Structure
 
  • Remote (10 hours/week): Research local businesses, send emails, make calls, and plan outreach
  • On-site/Field (10 hours/week): Visit local businesses, build relationships, and promote services in person
 
Qualifications 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with both in-person outreach and remote communication
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage time effectively
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
  • Reliable transportation for local visits
  • Previous marketing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
