Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Primary Location: Vancouver, BC

Job Status: Full-Time, Permanent

Primex Investments Ltd. (Primex) is a BC-owned and operated real estate investment, development, and property management company located in Vancouver, BC. Founded in 1972, Primex provides rental accommodation to almost 2,500 families and individuals in Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, and the Okanagan. Our in-house cross-functional teams include acquisitions, development, construction, marketing, leasing, and property management. With almost $ 1 billion in assets under management and 150+ staff province-wide, Primex is a leader in the development and operation of multi-family residential rental housing in BC.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales and Marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will assist in executing marketing campaigns and serve as a key administrative support resource. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, is an excellent communicator, and enjoys balancing creative tasks with administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day marketing and leasing program support, with a primary focus on the existing residential portfolio:

  • Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives

  • Regularly audit advertising materials and templates to ensure accuracy

  • Assist with updating advertisements, marketing materials, and generating reports

  • Monitor incoming leads to maintain data accuracy and support effective follow-up

  • Support with website updates, email marketing campaigns, social media, and event coordination

  • Assist with signage design coordination, installation, and required updates

  • Coordinate printing and delivery of marketing materials to supply and maintain on-site inventory

  • Assist with market research to identify market trends and competitor behaviour

  • Attend site visits as needed

Provide day-to-day marketing administrative support:

  • Manage meeting coordination; schedule meetings, prepare agendas and reports, organize materials, and record & distribute meeting minutes

  • Maintain organized and accurate marketing files, documents, databases, and task management updates

  • Provide support for proofreading, invoicing, expense reports, and team travel logistics as required

Required Skillsets:

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Close attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Education and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of education and/or experience in marketing, administration, or coordination roles
