WHAT YOUโ€™LL DO

As a Brand & Content Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, event materials, presentations, digital graphics, and promotional pieces.
  • Develop creative assets to support marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, recruitment efforts, and organizational communications.
  • Maintain consistency in visual identity, messaging, and brand standards across all materials.
  • Support sales initiatives by creating materials for tours, referral partners, and prospective resident engagement.
  • Develop promotional materials for community outreach events, partnerships, and sponsorships.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to support recruitment marketing, including career fairs and employer branding materials.
  • Assist in creating social media content aligned with organizational messaging.
  • Capture and develop photography and basic video content reflecting resident life, staff culture, and community engagement.
  • Create and maintain standardized template libraries for frequently requested materials.
  • Manage multiple creative requests across departments while meeting deadlines and priorities.
  • Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and creative files.
  • Collaborate with external marketing partners to ensure quality and alignment with brand standards.
  • Support Lutheran Life Villagesโ€™ mission, vision, and values in all interactions and work.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or related field required
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in creative design, marketing production, or content development.
    • Experience working in healthcare, senior living, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations preferred.
    • Experience collaborating with external marketing agencies and cross-functional teams preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva.
  • Strong time management and project prioritization skills with the ability to handle competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate ideas and messaging into effective visual communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage digital assets and creative files.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
