Job Description

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Client Relations Executive.The Client Relations Executive is responsible for retaining and growing the overall relationship with the customer.  The Client Relations Executive works with both the customer and operations team ensure long term success through the delivery of quality service.

The Client Relations Executive may expect to travel 50% to 70% of their time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Target, discover, qualifying, verify, present and validate additional business opportunities
  • Develop and implement quarterly business reviews and retention strategy
  • Lead the transition of new/additional business; provide guidance to and partner with operational leaders
  • High touch with key individuals with the client
  • Develop strategy map for all strategic clients
  • Develop, strengthen, and maintain client relationships
  • Use consultative approach for solutions
  • Prepare and present client solutions
  • Manage negotiations to achieve profit objectives
  • Maintain Salesforce and adequate pipeline to reach goals
  • Develop vertical markets with additional service offerings to clients

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five (5) years of sales and operations experience in the janitorial or facilities industry
  • Business level oral and written communication skills; ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments
  • Excellent customer service skills; active listening skills
  • Experience Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Leadership skills; ability to drive teams toward achieving goals

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • College degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or related field of study
  • Bilingual; ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish, French, or other languages
  • SalesForce or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) familiarity
