We are the premier full-service plumbing & sewer contractor based in Signal Hill, CA, seeking a motivated, experienced & professional in-house sales/marketing Business Development Associate. This FULL-TIME position will require the candidate to assist the Director of Business Development with sales / marketing activities, identify and acquire new customers, create and maintain marketing materials, ensure consistent branding across all platforms, maintain our social media accounts and work directly with our digital advertising partners.

PRIMARY AREAS OF FOCUS:

Our primary areas of focus are B2B (Business to Business) Marketing, Property Management Companies, Homeowner Associations (HOA’s), Mobile Home Parks, Large Multi-Family Communities, Senior Living Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, HUD Sponsored / Section 8 Living Facilities; high volume customers that are in need of professional plumbers / tradesmen.
