SUMMARY
Manages and directs regional/market-based customer account support and sales activities relative to business development.
Your tasks
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
• Achieve sales growth targets and market share gains.
• Develops and maintains relationships with assigned key customer contacts and corporate departmental decision-makers to assure complete understanding and knowledge of customer operational and menu objectives / plans and customer political atmosphere.
• Defend organization from competitors and provide feedback to appropriate management team regarding the competitive landscape.
• Establish and execute regularly scheduled executive review process with both corporate senior managers and critical regional stakeholders.
• Prepares and communicates monthly progress reports relative to business development, quotes, and/or summary of activities.
• Coordinates and communicates results of all new product field testing and takes immediate action to resolve any product performance issues that may arise during the test period.
• Investigates and determines cause of customer initiated issues related to product functionality and / or service levels and provides timely internal and external communication of corrective actions implemented.
• Serves as liaison between customer and all associated company divisions as required.
• Attend and coordinate customer and industry related trade shows and conventions.
• Reliable attendance is a must.
• Other duties as assigned.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Intermediate Mathematical Skills-Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• High Reasoning Skills-Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
