POSITION OVERVIEW

Paravel Insights is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of email marketing and social media campaigns across multiple marketing initiatives and communication channels.

This role is responsible for managing email marketing in ActiveCampaign, coordinating social media content, writing compelling marketing copy, and supporting the successful execution of integrated marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with marketing managers, designers, copywriters, and project managers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, highly organized, and experienced in both email marketing and social media management. Hands-on experience with ActiveCampaign is required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Basic graphic design skills are a plus, allowing you to create or modify simple social media graphics when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEmail Marketing
  • Build, schedule, and manage approximately 5 to 7 marketing emails each month using ActiveCampaign.

  • Create and maintain email templates, automations, lists, tags, and segmentation.

  • Write compelling, on-brand email copy that supports campaign goals.

  • Coordinate approvals and revisions with internal stakeholders.

  • Test emails for quality assurance prior to deployment.

  • Monitor email performance and recommend opportunities for optimization.

Social Media
  • Create and coordinate approximately 25-30 social media assets each month across multiple platforms.

  • Write engaging social media copy tailored to campaign objectives.

  • Create or edit basic graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Schedule and publish social media content.

  • Maintain content calendars and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Monitor engagement and assist with performance reporting.

Content & Marketing Support
  • Assist with planning and executing integrated marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing managers to produce high-quality marketing materials.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital communications.

  • Support additional marketing projects and initiatives as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, email marketing, social media, or a related role.

  • Hands-on experience using ActiveCampaign is required.

  • Experience creating and managing email templates, automations, lists, tags, and segmentation within ActiveCampaign.

  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Experience managing business social media accounts.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Writing polished, engaging copy for email and social media.

  • Supporting integrated marketing initiatives across multiple communication channels.

  • Helping keep projects organized, on schedule, and executed with excellence.
