We are searching for an experienced marketing professional who can expertly utilize direct response strategies in both digital and print to enhance our voluntary group insurance products. You will play a crucial role in analyzing performance, devising recommendations, and driving impactful changes.

As a Marketing Advisor II, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Manage complex marketing campaigns for unique groups, new products, and promotional offers, while creating efficient processes and providing guidance to team members to support successful execution.

  • Develop marketing strategies, communication plans, and sales tactics to support divisional objectives, product launches, and key accounts.

  • Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement recommendations to optimize results.

  • Collaborate with designers by providing direction and feedback on the creation and enhancement of marketing materials, while supporting the review and continuous improvement of French-language content.

Compensation

Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $70,0000 to $80,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on skills, job-related knowledge, experience, and internal equity. All permanent employees of iA are also entitled to an annual bonus.
