Job Summary:
As a Marketing Intern, you will support our marketing initiatives and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing within the industrial manufacturing sector. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about marketing strategies, digital marketing, content creation, and brand management while contributing to real projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and print.
  • Support AI-assisted content research, outlining, drafting, editing, and repurposing.
  • Help maintain prompt libraries, workflow templates, campaign checklists, and documentation.
  • Assist with testing AI tools, documenting use cases, and collecting team feedback.
  • Support marketing analytics by preparing simple reports, summaries, and performance snapshots.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving marketing workflows with AI and initiatives.
  • Support the production of visual content for digital platforms including short-form video, photography, and campaign assets.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Help manage and update the company's social media profiles and website content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and promote events, initiatives, and trade shows.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and prepare reports on key metrics.
  • Assist in creating hands-on visual tools and display materials to support sales, marketing, and customer engagement.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Creative eye for visual storytelling through photography and video content.
  • Familiarity using photography and video production equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Hourly Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
