Businesses use market segmentation to tailor their products, services, and marketing strategies to better meet the specific needs of these groups. Segmenting a market can be based on factors like demographics, geography, psychographics, or purchasing behavior, helping companies to focus their efforts and improve customer satisfaction. This approach allows for more effective targeting and positioning, ultimately leading to increased sales and brand loyalty.
