Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Hours may vary)

Location: On-site (Portland, OR)

Pay: $70,000 – $85,000 per year (DOE)
About Us:
Fire Dept. Cannabis is a premier Portland-based cannabis product manufacturer distributing to 200+ dispensaries across the state of Oregon. We produce an extensive CPG lineup across two flagship brands (Fire Dept. Cannabis and Feel Goods), including edibles, kief, vapes, and an array of infused and traditional pre-rolls.
About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee purchasing, inventory management, fulfillment operations, and ERP system accuracy. This role is responsible for maintaining efficient inventory levels, managing vendor relationships, supporting production planning, and leading our Inventory and Fulfillment Coordinators.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor inventory levels for raw materials, production cannabis, and packaging across operations.
  • Oversee supply chain purchasing based on manufacturing needs, departmental budgets, and safety stock requirements.
  • Manage and optimize production ERP systems to guarantee data accuracy across inventory, packaging, and fulfillment workflows.
  • Negotiate pricing, shipping, and terms with domestic and international vendors to optimize gross margins and material quality.
  • Benchmark third-party suppliers, resolve vendor issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Direct, support, and supervise the Inventory Coordinator and Fulfillment Coordinator.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain inventory SOPs while ensuring full METRC and OLCC regulatory compliance.
  • Perform regular physical hard counts, audit ERP inventory data, and manage compliant cannabis waste disposal.
  • Collaborate with production, fulfillment, and executive leadership to ensure smooth workflow and material availability.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Valid Oregon Marijuana Worker Permit (Required)
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, purchasing, or inventory control (Cannabis or CPG manufacturing preferred).
  • Proven experience managing production ERP systems, inventory workflows, and METRC tracking.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to adopt new software tools quickly.
