Responsibilities for a Manufacturing Operator include but are not limited to:

  • Production & Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor production equipment, performing filling, labeling, and final packaging of biotech products while making necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality results.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ISO 13485 guidelines, and work instructions; accurately complete production paperwork including product reconciliation, labor sheets, and torque checks.

  • Safety & Sanitation: Safely handle chemicals and hazardous materials while maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment, including the cleaning of glassware and machinery.

  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with work groups to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Candidates for Manufacturing Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic packaging techniques, strong computational skills, and the ability to handle chemicals safely.

  • Attention to Detail: Proven capability to complete repetitive tasks with extreme precision and zero deviation from written instructions.
