About the Role:

The Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in optimizing and enhancing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with CNC programming and operation in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including machining and injection molding.
  • Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with new product introduction (NPI) processes in a manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
