About the Role:

The Manufacturing Engineer plays a critical role in optimizing and enhancing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. By leveraging technical expertise and innovative problem-solving skills, the Manufacturing Engineer will drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs, increase throughput, and minimize waste. Ultimately, this role ensures that manufacturing operations align with business goals and customer requirements while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with CNC programming and operation in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including machining and injection molding.
  • Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:
