The 2nd Shift EMLK Operator (Monday through Thursday, 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM) plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and monitoring Electro-Magnetic Leak Key (EMLK) machinery during second shift operations.

This position ensures production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while meeting quality standards and output targets. The operator is responsible for setting up equipment, performing routine inspections, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. Collaboration with maintenance and quality assurance teams is essential to maintain optimal machine performance and product integrity.

Schedule

2nd Shift: Mondayโ€“Thursday, 4:30 PM โ€“ 2:30 AM

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery (EMLK or similar preferred)
  • Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule consistently
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
