What We Are Looking For
Dandy is looking for a Trainer to perform training and upskilling sessions. You'll use your training and technical skills to utilize and update curriculum to ensure successful onboarding of new hires or new skills. You will work closely with shift leaders and the training teams to align advanced and introductory training to meet and exceed the needs of an ever changing business.
What You'll Do
  • Create, streamline and maintain technical training programs from onboarding new hires through to upskilling.
  • Work closely with the Instructional Design team to ensure all job aids and e-Content is up to date and adds value to the learner and/ or trainer.
  • Collaborate with operations managers, quality teams, training and other stakeholders to ensure operational needs are met.
  • Think outside the box to meet the needs of constant operational growth
  • Support the mentor program to ensure success in role upon completion of training efforts for both new and upskilled technicians.
  • Ensure ongoing support for weekend shifts for all Provo staff
