About Phoenix Stamping

Since 1986, Phoenix Stamping has manufactured sheet metal and rod products for customers across North America from our Atlanta, GA; Fort Wayne, IN; and Fort Worth, TX locations. We are a growing, highly automated operation with a family-oriented culture and the motto: "Customers first, employees always!"

Your Role at a Glance

As the Sheet Metal Stamping Design Engineer, youll report to the Design Engineering Manager and own end-to-end design engineering activities that bring manufacturable, repeatable, and cost-effective parts, tooling, and fixtures to life.

On the floor, you support manufacturing via Kata and continuous improvement, always ensuring compliance with Phoenix Stamping Design and Drawing manuals. You close the day exploring new technologies and guiding R&D concepts toward practical solutions.
