Your Role
Assists Manufacturing leadership in maintaining and conducting training for manufacturing personnel. Assists Manufacturing leadership to achieve training completion metrics. Assists Manufacturing Leads with various administrative duties such as change overs, batch folder reviews, labor reporting.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Coordinates and conducts new hire training.
  • Coordinates and conducts training for new material and document revisions.
  • Generates training requirements reports and coordinates training to ensure on time completion metrics are achieved.
  • Maintains and controls employees' on-the-job training records to ensure skills represent current practices.
  • Support Quality team on communication of quality alerts.
  • Updates training system based on role and personnel changes (i.e. movement to a different line, leave of absence, or left the company).
  • Assist in setting up evaluation systems to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives at satisfaction, activity, and outcome levels.
  • Conducts routine reviews on the manufacturing process to identify gaps to established procedures and conducts refresher training accordingly.
  • Assists Manufacturing Leads with various administrative duties including but not limited to: performing change overs, conducting batch folder reviews, documenting labor reporting.

What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years related experience and/or training and cleanroom manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Prior experience in running cleanroom equipment preferred.
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent English; good verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing procedures. Must strive to continuously build knowledge and skills about operations and shares expertise with others. Must understand basic principles of Manufacturing, process flows and waste elimination.
  • Interpersonal Skills- Focuses on solving conflict and listen to others, remains open to others ideas and tries new things. Capable of guiding and motivating others.
  • Oral communication- Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Listens and gets clarification. Responds well to questions. Demonstrates group presentations skills. Actively participates in meetings. Able to communicate with leads and supervisors and all other levels within the organization.
  • Writing Communication- Writes clearly and informatively. Edits work for spelling and grammar. Presents numerical data effectively. Able to read and interpret written information.
  • General knowledge of windows application programs; spreadsheet software, word processing software and specific applications like PRMS and Assemble and Pack.
  • Planning /organizing- Prioritizes and plans work activities. Uses time and resources efficiently. Plans for additional resources, set have and meets goals. Organizes or schedules other people and their task. Develops realistic action plans.

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $56,000 - $77,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
