Job description

Job Title: Paint Line Supervisor
Pay: $22–$25 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Paint Line Supervisor with strong leadership and warehouse/manufacturing supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will oversee daily paint line operations, lead a team, ensure production goals are met, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and support paint line employees 
  • Monitor quality standards and production goals 
  • Coordinate workflow to ensure efficiency and productivity 
  • Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company policies 
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members 
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and performance management 

Requirements:

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience required 
  • Strong warehouse, manufacturing, or production management background required 
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed 
  • Shipping and logistics experience is a plus 

No paint or powder coating experience required. We are looking for a strong supervisor with proven leadership skills and a solid operations background.
