AVERAGE DAY AS A PRODUCTION MANAGER

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with typical workdays lasting 8-10 hours and participation in a rotating weekend on-call schedule, including weekend responsibilities as needed.

In this role, you'll coordinate daily operations for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical installation projects, managing schedules, labor, materials, budgets, and customer expectations. Collaborating with technicians, inspectors, and suppliers, you'll ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently while complying with regulations. You'll mentor team members, address customer concerns, monitor project performance, maintain accurate reports, and promote a culture of accountability and safety.

Must have the ability to pass a background check.
