Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for our client in the Manufacturing domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Location: Bothell, WA

Salary: $40.00-$47.00/Hourly

Role: Manufacturing Supervisor

Primary Skills: Manufacturing

Role Description: The Manufacturing Supervisor must have 2-5+ years of experience. For this role, you must be an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee and lead the production operations in Bothell WA.

As the ideal candidate, you will ensure that manufacturing activities operate in a smooth and efficient manner through excellent planning, coordination, and supervision to meet site deliverables. In a fast-paced production environment, the supervisor is an integral member of the manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:

- Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching and enforcing policies, and procedures.

- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment.

- Monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems.

- Facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.

- Hold all team members fully accountable for their role in the final product in its quality and the efficiency with which it is produced.

Education/Experience:

- Associate’s degree in technical, engineering OR a combination of higher education and a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant field.

- Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in a relevant field of manufacturing

- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications

- Must be very knowledgeable in assembly sequences and methodologies for manual (hands-on) assembly systems.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any IT related field.

Experience: Minimum 2-5+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
