Job description

GENERAL SCOPE: The Bottling Team is responsible for all aspects of our syrups, mixers, and sauces production. They will carefully and accurately prep, batch, fill, and package goods as well as maintain refrigerators, freezers and all racking are kept clean and sanitary. Team members will be cross-trained in several areas to ensure coverage of all roles throughout the calendar year.ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:· Follow processing standards set forth by Eagle.· Provide timely prepping and batching of scheduled production.· Comprehend and follow finished goods prep sheets to Eagle's specifications.· Calibrate and inspect all scaling equipment used in the mixing process including water scales.· Print outside case labels and single bottle labels. Arrange, organize and set up pallets and boxes to ensure efficient and accurate loading of products.· Ensure finished product meets all QC and Packaging specification including proper label, code date, caps, sealed cap, capsule and cleanliness of bottles.· Document batch numbers to ensure trace ability of product.· Assist with setting up correct code dates for specific products.· Keep floor clean of debris or garbage.· Participate in daily cleaning of production area and emptying trash.· Any other duties as assigned by Production Manager.EDUCATION AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS1. High School Graduate (or Equivalent)2. Experience in food manufacturing environment with SQF or AIB certification.3. Strong verbal communication and attention to detail.4. Fluent in English.5. Ability to lift 50 lbs.6. Ability to do basic mathematics (addition/subtraction)7. Follow safety standards and regulations8.
