Overview: The Asphalt Plant Foreman is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the hot mix plant, hot mix production and sales to customers.Other responsibilities: actively participates in and promotes Company Safety Program.Tasks include supplying mix for delivery to Lakeside's and customer crews, ordering liquid asphalt to meet production demand, keeping inventory of liquid asphalt and aggregate and operating computerized controls to produce HMA and the loading trucks both safely and efficiently. Required to participate as a crew member in production operations and lead in plant preventative maintenance.
