What You’ll Do:

You will oversee daily production operations to ensure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. This includes supervising workflows, enforcing safety and quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm
Flexibility: Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise production activities and monitor workflows to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and compliance.
  • Lead and coach team members, providing feedback and development opportunities.
  • Analyze performance data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized production environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support accurate and timely job completion.
Position Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or related field.
  • OSHA 10 certification required; Lean Six Sigma or PMP preferred
Work Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in a production or warehouse environment.
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Your Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and scheduling.
  • Knowledge of Pace or similar production/order management systems.
  • Expertise in workflow planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to enforce safety and quality standards consistently.
