As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll play a hands-on role in producing the high-precision polyurethane timing belts that keep our customers' operations running smoothly. You'll follow clear procedures and quality standards to ensure every product leaving your workstation meets our high expectations.
In this role, you'll review job specifications, help maintain an organized and efficient workspace, and quickly flag any issues with materials, equipment, or product quality. You'll also be a key contributor to our continuous improvement efforts-bringing fresh ideas and supporting initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and safety across the manufacturing team.
BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. is an ISO 9001 certified company. This role is responsible for learning, understanding, and demonstrating ISO 9001 standards through daily work activities.
What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll be responsible for operating equipment and performing tasks across various production areas, including:
  • Stamping & Welding- Punch press setup, belt welding, hole punching, and belt slitting
  • Covers- Applying cover materials, adhesive bonding, grinding, and machining
  • Profiling- Injection molding, profile modification, welding, and BFX slitting
  • Extrusion- Operating extrusion equipment for BFX and M belts
  • CNC Machining- CNC and waterjet machining, ATN hole punching

You'll follow detailed work instructions, maintain quality standards, and support continuous improvement efforts in productivity, safety, and organization.
What You Bring
  • Understanding and following verbal and written directions
  • Attention to detail; high demand on the quality of your own work
  • Perform repetitive tasks with constant quality and productivity
  • Using calibers and basic measurement tolerances to products
  • Able to read and write simple instructions and documentation
  • Comfortable performing shop-level calculations as needed for measurements and production tasks

  • Must be able to lift 49lbs. to waist height
  • Standing all day (90% of shift) with ability to move about the manufacturing area
