Additional Instructions:  When you arrive, check in with Security as you approach Building 1 - look for a flagpole and blue roof. You'll receive more detailed driving directions to help you navigate our campus (see attached map). If you have any questions as you arrive, please call (717) 656-2236.

Are you a skilled Forklift Operator with a passion for precision and safety? We're looking for dedicated individuals like you to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our warehouse/shipping operations, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of materials and products.

Shift Availability: 
As of 5/6/26, we are only interviewing for 11pm-7:30am shifts. 

  • 11pm-7:30am (5 consecutive shifts per week)

What you'll do... 

  • Meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service
  • Follow safety regulations and quality standards
  • Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move, stack, load, and unload materials
  • Manage customer requirements and storage logistics
  • Ensure damage-free stacking of products
  • Coordinate with departments for effective inventory management  

What you'll need...

  • Six (6) months relevant experience, previous experience operating a clamp truck, preferred
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license
  • Ability to demonstrate basic math calculations and dimensional counting skills
  • Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training
