El Packaging Operator es responsable de apoyar las operaciones de empaque y manufactura mediante la inspección de materiales y productos, ejecución de cambios de formato (Changeover), limpieza y sanitización de equipos, toma de muestras, documentación de procesos y manejo de materiales. Esta posición contribuye al cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción, calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento regulatorio dentro de un ambiente de manufactura altamente regulado.
Job Description
El Manufacturing Operator ejecuta y opera maquinaria, y domina una (1) área funcional. Realiza actividades relacionadas con los cambios (Changeover) del área y con la limpieza de los equipos, así como tareas relacionadas con la inspección de materiales y/o productos, según sea requerido. Además, opera maquinaria simple y/o asiste al Sr. Manufacturing Operator.
  • Ejecuta actividades operacionales básicas, está cualificado en por lo menos (1) área funcional y/o asiste al Sr. Manufacturing Operator en la ejecución de tareas de su área funcional.
  • Limpia y sanea la maquinaria y/ equipo de los procesos de manufactura de las áreas funcionales al que está asignado, de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Mantiene las áreas y/o cuartos asignados limpios, ordenados y segregados, de acuerdo a los procedimientos.
  • Asiste en el montaje y desmontaje de las máquinas y/ equipos de producción durante los procesos de "Changeover".
  • Asiste a los técnicos de manufactura en la inspección de productos y componentes, si es requerido, y está debidamente adiestrado para realizar dicha actividad.
  • Documenta las actividades que realiza: limpieza, montaje, desmontaje, etc. en los registros o sistemas de documentación correspondientes de acuerdo a las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura y las Reglas de documentación vigentes.
  • Cumple con las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura, Seguridad y Ambiente de acuerdo a las políticas y procedimientos vigentes.
  • Notifica a su supervisor o designado sobre cualquier incumplimiento o desviación a los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Se mantiene adiestrado en las áreas de proceso de su responsabilidad y busca aprender y adquirir nuevas responsabilidades.
  • Conoce y realiza transacciones en el sistema de control de inventario (SAP).
  • Conoce y realiza transacciones en el sistema de manejo de documentos trûVAULT
  • Realiza entrada de datos al sistema de PRS.
  • Cumple con las instrucciones, según dadas por el supervisor.
  • Actualiza y participa en la discusión del Plan de Producción por turno/centro.
  • Entiende y presenta principios básicos de "Overall Equipment Effectiveness" (OEE).
  • Asiste en la identificación y resolución de fallas mecánicas o electrónicas de los equipos utilizados en el proceso de manufactura.
  • Completa los adiestramiento asignados en el sistema de "SUMMIT".
  • Disponibilidad de trabajar horas extra, varios horarios de trabajo, que puede incluir primer, segundo y tercer turno y/o turnos diarios de 12 horas, incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos.

EDUCACION Y EXPERIENCIA
  • Diploma de Escuela Superior, preferiblemente con un curso técnico o vocacional.
  • Grado Técnico o Grado Asociado, preferiblemente.
  • Un mínimo de cero (0) a dos (2) años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica con conocimiento de manejo de controlado (regulado).
  • Levantar o transportar objetos que pesen entre 20 a 50lbs.
