Position Overview: As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines to produce high-quality parts, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the overall function of machinery. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machines (turning, milling, multi-axis mill turning) to produce precision components.
  • Perform minor tool offsets and material loading as required.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process issues as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the machine area, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.
  • Ensure that all operations are performed safely, following standard operating procedures.

Shift Details:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
  • Overtime may be available depending on production demands.

Additional Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.
  • Reliable transportation to the Newbury, Ohio location.
