Job description

We are hiring a Manufacturing Laborer to join a busy industrial manufacturing environment in Longview, TX.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a hands-on, entry-level position with the opportunity to learn new skills and gain experience in manufacturing and industrial operations.

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for dependable individuals who are willing to learn, follow safety procedures, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily manufacturing and production activities.
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products.
  • Use basic hand and power tools as needed.
  • Assist production and maintenance teams with general tasks.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow company safety procedures and instructions.
  • Perform basic equipment and material handling tasks.
  • Support other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • No previous manufacturing experience required.
  • Ability to perform physical, hands-on work.
  • Comfortable working with basic tools and equipment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–5:00 PM.
