Job description

Plant Laborer / Equipment Operator

Crawford, TX

We are hiring a Plant Laborer / Equipment Operator to support daily operations in a limestone plant, including equipment operation, plant cleanup, and basic maintenance.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate equipment (haul trucks, water truck, skid steer)
  • Perform pre-shift inspections and basic maintenance
  • Support plant cleanup, loading, and general labor
  • Monitor quality and properly handle materials
  • Follow all safety procedures and report issues
Requirements:
  • Ability to perform physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs)
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Willing to work shifts, overtime, and weekends
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
