Job Description

·                     Serve as a hands-on, floor-driven manufacturing engineer focused on continuous improvement

·                     Drive enhancements to equipment, processes, and tooling within a non-union weld/fabrication environment

·                     Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production and quality issues

·                     Design tooling and fixtures utilizing SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software

Key Requirements 

·                     Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree will also be considered

·                     Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience

·                     Demonstrated experience in weld and fabrication environments working with metal products

·                     Proficiency in SolidWorks preferred; openness to candidates experienced with other CAD platforms
