Job description

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer Location: Tulsa, OK Type: Direct Hire Work Model: Onsite Hours: 40.0

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing assembly and production processes to ensure top-tier quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Own projects from concept through implementation, focusing on scaling production capabilities.
  • Identify issues and manage corrective actions to drive world-class quality; lead process audits and suggest engineering changes.
  • Design and implement assembly processes, conduct time studies, and support component changes and scheduling coordination.
  • Spearhead efficiency and cost-reduction projects, evaluate new equipment, and lead tooling upgrades.
  • Promote safety and compliance across all processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive measurable improvements in throughput, first-pass yield, labor efficiency, and cycle time.
  • Manage the implementation of new product lines from start to finish.
  • Proactively address process inefficiencies and troubleshoot issues on the production floor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, & CAD required, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ERP systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts such as 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, and root cause analysis in a production environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, hands-on mindset; ability to identify issues, take ownership, and lead solutions independently.
  • Willingness to travel (domestic/international) and work flexible hours as needed.
