Position: Warehouse Associate II
Department: Warehouse
Hours:  M-TH 4:00 pm - 2:00 am am, Fri as needed

We are actively seeking a Warehouse Associate II to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!
As a Warehouse Associate II, you’ll make an impact by:
  • Conducting weekly inventory cycle counts and preparing and maintaining reconciliations and adjustments.
  • Loading and unloading outbound and inbound trailers, preparing proper documentation; verifying and posting inbound/outbound transfers daily.
  • Ensuring accurate inbound and outbound shipments by performing accurate product counts, freight damage assessments, QA inspections, and discrepancy reporting.
  • Performing quality inspections on 3rd party product received at 3PL.
  • Coordinating and tracking product left on hold during receiving process, through the NCP process, Quality Assurance team release or disposing of product.
  • Supporting production activities by staging production materials, removing finished products from the production floor, and reconciling product pull sheets with production.
What you need to succeed:
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Five years of warehouse/manufacturing experience with inventory movement.
  • To better ensure for the operational performance and safety of the business and the individual, the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English is required.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
